We do not accept returns for 15, 30 and 32lb sizes of Animal Naturals or larger sizes of Dinovite (1 gal and larger). If you are unsure whether or not your pet will like a product, please buy a smaller size. If we do agree to take back a larger size, you will be responsible for all shipping charges that we incurred.
